On Saturday, 16 April, Ukrainians and local supporters held a demonstration outside the residence of the Russian ambassador in Washington DC.
We called on the Russian nation and government to stop their country's genocide against Ukrainians. To end this expansionist war and to bring their soldiers back home to Russia.
We gathered outside the White House today, to demonstrate with our own bodies what the Russian army is doing in Ukraine.
Unarmed civilians lying dead in the streets, with their hands tied behind their backs. Innocent men, women, and even children murdered for no reason other than hatred and spite.
