Fundraiser Report: THANK YOU to Everyone Who Supported Children of Ukrainian Fallen Heroes
Dear Friends, a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who supported children of Ukrainian Fallen Heroes in Mykolaiv Oblast this holiday season!
We are deeply grateful to the Civic Organization “Chas Zhinky” (Громадська Організація “Час Жінки”) for being our wonderful partner over many years, helping bring joy to the children of Fallen Ukrainian Heroes during Christmas seasons.
We purchased 368 gifts in Ukraine, which were distributed to 368 Ukrainian children as follows:
300 gifts for Ukrainian children aged 4–13 in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, including:
- Children from active combat zones
- Children from families of internally displaced persons (IDPs)
- Children of fallen Heroes of Ukraine
- Children from other socially vulnerable groups
- Children with disabilities
68 gifts for children from the special school in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region.
This special school serves children with diagnosed special needs. Most of their families are low-income. Since the 2022 invasion, ongoing fighting has made Kupiansk unsafe, forcing these children and their families to relocate to Kharkiv and nearby areas
