FUNDRAISER: A Mobile Auto Repair Vehicle for the 214th Separate Special Battalion OPFOR: Military Unit A4574 in Ukraine

Dear Friends of Ukraine, the head of the automotive service for the 214th Separate Special Battalion OPFOR (Military Unit A4574 in Ukraine), operating in the most intense combat zones of the Donetsk region, has requested a vehicle dedicated to mobile auto repair. The OPFOR Battalion has lost over 50 vehicles during the war. This mobile workshop will facilitate timely repairs of battalion vehicles and ensure that they can be swiftly removed from under fire. To achieve this, the battalion requires a long-wheelbase van, which will be converted into a fully-equipped workshop with generators, welding equipment, tools, and other essential items. The estimated cost of such a van in Poland is $5,000. Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated.

HEARING: Russia’s Persecution of Ukrainian Christians

Independent Ukraine has enjoyed a robust tradition of religious freedom. As such, Ukrainians today represent a variety of faiths, including many Christian denominations. Unfortunately, Russia—which has little tolerance for independent belief systems within its own borders—has exported its worst practices to the territories it occupies in Ukraine. Russia has engaged in routine kidnapping, hostage-taking, violence against civilians, and suppression of Ukrainian culture and language. Occupying authorities under orders from the Kremlin have been particularly harsh toward Protestant Christians and institutions, often painting them as agents of the United States.
