We remember the unimaginable suffering endured during this dark chapter in history and reflect on the resilience of the Ukrainian spirit. Dear Friends of Ukraine, please join us on Saturday, August 24, as Washington, D.C. celebrates Ukraine's Independence Day, a tradition launched by US Ukrainian Activists (USUA) in August 2022.

WHEN and WHERE: August 24, 2024 (Saturday):
5:00 p.m.: Assembly in front of the White House (North side).
5:30–6:30 p.m.: Official program featuring speakers and Ukrainian songs interlude.
6:45–7:15 p.m.: March from the White House to the Taras Shevchenko Memorial.
7:15 p.m. - 8 p.m.: Concert at Taras Shevchenko Memorial.
