USA VIRTUAL RUN TO HONOR UKRAINIAN HEROES
Dear Friends of Ukraine, please join us for the U.S. Virtual Event “Run to Honor Ukrainian Heroes” / “Біжу за Героя України” to Honor the Ukrainian Heroes who gave their Lives Defending Ukraine against russia’s invasion since 2014.
This year, our virtual run will take place again from September 1 to October 6, allowing more supporters from different U.S. states to participate. This tradition was launched by US Ukrainian Activists (USUA) in 2023, and we are proud to be organizing it for the second consecutive year.

WHEN: Anytime between September 1 and October 6, 2024
WHERE: Choose a running distance of 2, 5, or 10 km, anywhere in your state

After completing your run of 2, 5, or 10 km, please take a picture of yourself and share it in the discussion section of the event. You can also email it to us at contact@usukrainianactivists.org with the subject line “Run To Honor Ukrainian Heroes” for posting on our Facebook event page and USUA media.
We encourage you to wear the Running Bib “I’M RUNNING FOR A HERO” (available in the Discussion section of the Facebook Event). You can write the name of the Ukrainian Hero you are honoring on your bib.
In your after-the-run-post, please mention the name of the Ukrainian Hero whom you commemorated during your run.
In your online posts, please mention the name of the Ukrainian Hero you commemorated during your run and include the following hashtags:
